A1 Docz provides document preparation services based on information supplied by the client. Services are limited to formatting, organizing, and preparing documents according to client instructions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information. A1 Docz does not independently verify client-provided data.

Payment

All services require payment in full upfront before work begins. Pricing may vary based on document type, scope, complexity, and turnaround time.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included when requested within a short period after delivery and within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or changes may incur additional fees.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of document preparation services, no refunds are provided once work has begun.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, document complexity, and completeness of client information.

Limitation of Liability

A1 Docz is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use, submission, or rejection of prepared documents.

Refund & Revision Policy

All services require payment upfront. Because document preparation services involve time and customization, no refunds are issued once work has begun.

Revisions are included provided:

• Requests are made promptly after delivery
• Revisions are within the original scope of work

Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
